Saqeefah Travel Agency Ltd is a Kampala-based, faith-driven travel company specializing in Hajj and Umrah services, dedicated to helping Muslims in Uganda and across the globe fulfill their sacred obligations with spiritual depth, affordable options, and exceptional care.
Founded in 2023, Saqeefah was born from a legacy of faith and a mission to make the holy pilgrimage a reality for all Muslims—regardless of age or financial standing. We don’t just take you to the holy cities; we walk with you, guiding every spiritual step on your journey to Allah.
Inspired by this heritage and a deep calling to serve, Sheikh Ssekimwanyi Mahmood established Saqeefah to help every Muslim — regardless of age or income — access the sacred journey of Hajj and Umrah. Known across Uganda for his transformative duas (supplications), he has led countless souls toward spiritual renewal. The name “Saqeefah” itself draws from Saqeefah Banu Sa’ida, the historic site in Medina where the first Caliph of Islam was chosen. It represents leadership, unity, and new beginnings — values that guide everything we do.
